The company finally gives Jim the ability to have control over the quality that he expects from any project that would carry his personal name.

Jim has been a key leader and a respected voice in the contracting industry & business community both locally and nationally. He still maintains a significant percentage of ownership in two of the largest firms in the Hampton Roads area.
